Week 1 Milestone Checklist

Around Day 7 of subscribing realvco, check your progress against this list. Done = you’ve successfully onboarded, can advance; Not done = go back and fill specific items.

Day 1 essentials (foundation)

  • ☐ I can log in to admin-panel via bookmark / email Magic Link
  • ☐ I’ve toured the three interfaces and know what Member Portal / Dashboard / AI Chat each do
  • ☐ I know who Rose / Ada / Vi are and their roles
  • ☐ I’ve chatted at least once with at least one AI agent (via OpenClaw UI or Telegram)

Not done → Back to Steps to master AI agent → Day 1

Week 1 essentials (connect + customize)

Connection

  • ☐ At least 1 messaging platform connected (Telegram / WhatsApp / LINE)
  • ☐ I can message AI from phone / desktop and get a reply
  • ☐ Platform connection test message succeeded

Customization

  • ☐ I’ve edited at least 1 persona file (SOUL.md / IDENTITY.md / USER.md / AGENTS.md)
  • ☐ AI replies show my customized tone / knowledge (not default)

Schedule

  • ☐ I’ve set 0 or 1 cron task (not required, but doing it shows mastery)
  • ☐ If set, I can see execution log in Activity sub-tab

Monitoring

  • ☐ I’ve checked Usage sub-tab at least once, know current token level
  • ☐ I’ve roughly estimated monthly cost (using Model selection table)

Safety net

Not done → Back to Steps to master AI agent → Week 1

Week 1 “nice to have” (not required, bonus)

Achieving any of these means you’re more proactive than average:

  • ☐ AI made an error at least once, I edited prompt and it didn’t recur (AI error recovery)
  • ☐ I’ve checked Activity sub-tab and can read log format
  • ☐ I know how to Pause / Resume a single AI agent
  • ☐ I’ve connected 2+ messaging platforms
  • ☐ I’ve used Magic Link to give family / coworkers temporary access
  • ☐ I’ve submitted 1 ticket (not necessarily for issues, asking questions counts)

Reassurance

Customer distribution at end of Week 1:

  • 80% reach “On track”
  • 15% reach “Ahead of schedule”
  • 5% still filling
